01.Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the person using the service and JomKiss01. References to “player”, “you”, or “your” mean the registered account holder. References to “platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us” mean JomKiss01 and the parties responsible for operating its gaming services.

You accept this agreement when you create an account or use any JomKiss01 feature. If you disagree with any provision, you must stop using JomKiss01. The Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information form part of the wider rules governing your use of the platform.

02.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, “account” means the personal profile used to access JomKiss01. “Bonus” means promotional credit subject to separate eligibility and wagering conditions. “Deposit” means money successfully credited to an account. “Withdrawal” means an approved transfer of available funds from JomKiss01 to a verified payment destination.

“Wager” includes a casino stake, live dealer bet, slot spin, sportsbook selection, or any other gaming transaction. “Payment method” includes supported bank transfers, e-wallets, DuitNow, FPX, cryptocurrency, or another option displayed by JomKiss01. “KYC” means the identity and account verification procedures required for security, age checks, payment review, and compliance purposes.

03.Account Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, legally capable of entering this agreement, and acting solely on your own behalf. JomKiss01 may request evidence of identity, age, residential address, payment ownership, or source of funds. Access may be restricted while those checks are incomplete.

• Your registration details must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You must not create an account for another person or permit shared account use.
• You must not register while self-excluded or use false information to bypass controls.
• You are responsible for understanding Malaysian laws and any rules that apply at your location.

JomKiss01 does not claim that online gambling is regulated or approved by the Malaysian Government. Malaysian users remain responsible for determining whether their activity is lawful and appropriate in their circumstances.

04.Account Security and Verification

You must protect your password, device, authentication details, and account access. Transactions completed through a correctly authenticated JomKiss01 account may be treated as authorised unless the platform receives prompt notice of suspected compromise. You should sign out on shared devices and never disclose security codes.

JomKiss01 may suspend access, hold a transaction, or request additional documents where unusual activity, duplicate accounts, payment mismatch, unauthorised access, fraud, money laundering, or identity misuse is reasonably suspected. Verification documents must be clear, valid, and belong to the account holder.

05.Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must come from a payment method owned or lawfully controlled by the registered player. JomKiss01 may support MYR payments through options such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, fees, and processing times may vary by provider and account status.

A displayed balance does not prevent JomKiss01 from correcting an obvious technical, payment, or settlement error. Chargebacks, reversed deposits, unauthorised payment activity, or use of third-party funding sources may result in account restriction and recovery of affected funds.

06.Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested only from an available cash balance. JomKiss01 may require completed KYC, confirmation that bonus wagering conditions have been met, and verification of the intended bank, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency destination. Where practical, funds may be returned through the original deposit method.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. E-wallet requests may often be completed faster than bank transfers, but reviews, Malaysian banking hours, public holidays, payment-provider outages, incorrect recipient details, or account checks can extend the processing period. JomKiss01 may apply daily or monthly withdrawal limits shown to the player before confirmation.

07.Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Every JomKiss01 promotion is governed by its displayed rules. These may include a minimum deposit, eligible game categories, qualifying odds, maximum bet, wagering multiplier, expiry date, withdrawal cap, and excluded payment methods. Players should review the complete offer terms before accepting promotional credit.

Bonus balances are not withdrawable cash unless the relevant wagering requirement has been satisfied. JomKiss01 may remove a bonus and related winnings where there is duplicate-account activity, coordinated betting, low-risk hedging, prohibited game patterns, deliberate exploitation of an error, or another material breach of the offer rules. Decisions will be based on transaction records and the applicable terms.

08.Casino and Sports Betting Rules

Casino results are determined by the applicable game system, certified random number generator, or live dealer procedure. Sports wagers are settled under the market rules displayed by JomKiss01. This includes football markets covering competitions such as the EPL and Liga Super Malaysia, as well as UFC and other available sports.

You must review the selection, odds, stake, and potential return before confirming a wager. Once accepted by JomKiss01, a bet normally cannot be changed or cancelled. Obvious pricing errors, duplicated events, interrupted games, incorrect participant names, abandoned fixtures, and disputed outcomes may be handled under the relevant market rules and reliable official result data.

09.Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

JomKiss01 must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, payment abuse, account brokering, collusion, automated betting, system interference, bonus manipulation, or attempts to conceal the identity of the true player. You must not access another person's account or exploit a software, pricing, display, or settlement error.

Where prohibited conduct is reasonably identified, JomKiss01 may suspend the account, void affected transactions, remove improperly obtained benefits, require further verification, or close the account. Any action taken will be proportionate to the circumstances, available records, and legal or compliance obligations.

10.Responsible Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk and no outcome is guaranteed. JomKiss01 should be used only for entertainment with money you can afford to lose. Players may request deposit controls, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must not be bypassed by opening another account.

11.Service Availability and Technical Errors

JomKiss01 aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, provider outages, cyber incidents, device compatibility, or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt a session. Players should maintain a reliable connection before placing time-sensitive wagers.

Where a malfunction produces an obviously incorrect balance, payout, odds value, or game result, JomKiss01 may correct the record to the position that would reasonably have applied without the error. A visible credit caused solely by malfunction does not create an entitlement to withdraw that amount.

12.Privacy and Personal Data

JomKiss01 processes information required to administer accounts, verify identity, secure payments, provide support, apply responsible gambling controls, investigate misuse, and meet applicable compliance obligations. 13.Account Suspension and Closure

A separate self-exclusion request should be made where closure is related to gambling harm, because self-exclusion applies additional protective restrictions.

JomKiss01 may suspend or close an account following a material breach, failed verification, unlawful activity, payment reversal, security concern, regulatory requirement, or prolonged inactivity. Legitimately available funds will be handled according to these Terms & Conditions, required checks, and applicable obligations.

14.Complaints and Disputes

Players should raise concerns promptly and provide their username, relevant dates, transaction references, wager details, and a clear explanation. JomKiss01 will review available account logs, payment records, provider data, and communications before issuing a response.
